GANEK PC REACHES 45 YEAR MILESTONE
Ganek PC has served the Atlanta and surrounding Metro areas for 45 years. Since our founding in 1978, Ganek has grown its loyal team and number of offices steadily, closed over ten thousand properties and donated over $20,000.00 to Atlanta charities through our Ganek Gives Back program. One thing that has never changed, however, is our dedication to you as Atlanta’s Most Trusted Closing Attorney. I joined the firm in July of 1999. One of my favorite moments was when I was named an Associate Partner just three years later. I had already developed my own book of business, and I was given a cut of the action!! We’ve seen lots of changes over these last 23 years. Some good, some bad. But, some of the best came in the Fall of 2015, when I became a full-fledged Principal / Shareholder in the PC. We were then able to begin the implementation of “Ganek 2.0”. We did a complete overhaul of the firm – name, logo, people, systems, software – and took the firm to another level. I am now proud to say Ganek is one of the premier closing firms in metro Atlanta. I can’t wait to see what we do in the next 5, 10, 25 years!

It is so exciting to celebrate this milestone for our firm while also celebrating having worked in real estate for over 20 years and having spent over a decade at Ganek PC. Since joining the firm, I was fortunate enough to have the privilege of both working for Bill Wright and then succeeding to his practice after his retirement in 2015. Since the moment I started working for the firm, our emphasis has been to continue the standard of excellent customer service for our clients that has always been provided by our exceptional, experienced staff. It is our duty to carry on the top notch service that has historically been the hallmark of our firm and will continue to be so during our next 45 years.

At the heart of our success is our people. To illustrate, Debi Stewart has been with us 27 years, David Armata 32 and I will celebrate 26 years in April. There are many members of the Ganek family with tenures here in excess of 10 years and employee retention is a critical component of our core values. This past year, Ganek implemented its proprietary system SmartClose. Our goal was to create a system that addressed the needs of each of the parties in the transaction. At its core is a mechanism that informs you, without having to inquire, of the file’s progress. So, take an experienced team working every day to improve its craft together with wonderful systems and you have the recipe for longevity and success! Providing an excellent customer experience has always been my goal as a real estate attorney and the best part of my career. I joined Ganek 18+ years ago because of its well-respected reputation for excellent legal work and closings so I could improve myself and the services I provide my clients. The depth of legal and real estate knowledge I have gained from the firm’s attorneys and staff have propelled me and my services exponentially. My favorite memories of my time at Ganek are when we opened the doors to the first Ganek office I manage in Poncey-Highlands in 2016, then growing my awesome team and becoming a Principal/ Shareholder of the firm in 2019. Lastly, I was truly honored when my good friend, Mehrnush Saadat, decided to merge her firm, Blue Ink Title in Kirkwood, with my office and Ganek. I’m so proud to be a part of an excellent law firm with a 45-year history but, also a heart and a mindset for growth and cannot wait to see the new heights we can reach in the next decade.
