Principal and Managing Attorney
Harry is a native Atlantan. He has seen the city change from a small town to a world-class city.
Harry graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981 with a B.A. in Political Science. He was a member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity and active in many campus organizations.
Harry graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1984. He was a member of the Prosecutorial Clinic for two years where he assisted the Clarke County District Attorney in felony and misdemeanor trials.
Harry joined McCalla Raymer in 1985 and made partner in 1992. He opened and managed McCalla's most successful office (1992-1997) and then joined Ganek, Wright & Dobkin as an equity partner. His practice is concentrated in the areas of residential real estate and the representation of lenders, builders & developers. Harry is a frequent speaker to real estate companies and mortgage lenders on a multitude of real estate related topics.
Outside the Office
Harry lives in Atlanta with his wife, their two children and the family’s 100lb sheepdog, Maggie. Harry is active in many community service organizations, especially his children's school. He enjoys golfing, running, traveling and reading.
Harry managed McCalla's most successful office (1992-1997) and then joined Ganek, Wright & Dobkin as an equity partner.
Mike was born in South Korea and moved to the United States while still in elementary school with his family in 2002. He grew up in the Atlanta area and calls it his home.
Mike attended the University of Chicago and earned a B.A. in Economics, having graduated with Honors.
Mike earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he served as the vice-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
While in school, he interned in various legal settings including the Los Angeles County Superior Court and the Federal Trade Commission. He has also worked as a law clerk for a private solo practitioner, representing clients in matters ranging from employment discrimination and wrongful termination, defamation, and to tort nuisance suit. After becoming a member of the Georgia Bar, he started his first law practice at Ganek in May 2021. He is also a member of the California State Bar.
Outside the Office
Mike lives in Alpharetta. During his spare time, he enjoys reading novels, watching psychological thriller films, and traveling. He is an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls.
Jared grew up in Braselton, Georgia with his older sister, Darby, a dentist; father, Harry, a dentist; and mother, Kathy, a retired Gwinnett County Public School Teacher. Jared graduated from Mill Creek High School in 2014.
Jared earned his B.B.A in Finance from the University of North Georgia in 2017. While at the University of North Georgia Jared helped found and eventually served as the President of the Schools National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) chapter and was a member of Phi Sigma Pi, an Honor fraternity, in which he held multiple positions including Initiate Advisor and was voted Brother of the year in 2017.
Law School & Graduate School
Jared earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and MBA from the Miami Herbert Business School congruently. He served as the President of the Graduate Real Estate Club and Vice President of the Graduate Sustainability Club..
While in school, he interned with the Miami Dade School Board Attorney’s Office and Speed, Seta, Martin, Trivett and Stubley, LLC an employment law firm. Jared also worked as an Investment Analyst for the Cane Angel Network connecting startups with investors and assisting the startups while they worked to secure initial funding. Jared also interned with Ganek’s Gwinnett Office and worked with the Poncey-Highland Office prior to being admitted to the Georgia Bar.
Outside the Office
Jared is excited to call Braselton home once again. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends finding good places to eat and interesting places to explore. He also enjoys the outdoors and playing the piano.
