The Ganek team worked with another closing attorney to make sure funds for a home purchase were wired from another closing in a timely manner. It was seamless.
A water issue was found during the walkthrough. Steve Golden was available via text the evening prior to closing, as well as, the day of. He offered to help with options for a resolution to present to the buyers or move the closing to later in the day. Ultimately, we were able to fix the issue (with the help from the coop agent) to everyone's satisfaction, which resulted in a smooth closing the day it was scheduled. His availability, flexibility, and calm helped me and the clients immensely.
