Lawrenceville law firm specializing in residential real estate is looking for an experience Post Closer / Disburser for our busy practice.  Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience.

Requirement:

–          SoftPro Select experience preferred;

–          Ability to effectively communicate with Attorneys, staff and clients;

–          Maintain a positive attitude while working with deadlines and able to multi-task;

–          Copy all lender packages then ship via Federal Express or courier;

–          Mail or Federal Express disbursement checks to correct parties;

–          Scan lender package and all law firm documents into SoftPro software file;

–          Prepare PT-61, e-record or Federal Express documents to correct county for recording;

–          Receive recorded documents, prepare cover letter, send documents to correct parties;

–          Be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
