What do you do in your role? I have a checklist making sure seller information, commission, HOA, and title work are completed before a closing. In my office, I sit with Harry and go over every file that is closing this week. What makes Ganek stand out in your opinion? We really put all of our effort into our work. We really want to make a good impression. Everyone here is really nice and works well together. Who influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work? My mom. It might be basic, but it's true. She was someone that was always driven and inspiring. She believed that you could do anything you set out to do. What advice would you give to a new real estate agent guiding their clients through the closing process? Tell them what the HOA closing letter is. We are constantly called about it because nobody ever explains the HOA closing letter to them beforehand. In the city that you live in, what is one place to eat, experience to do, or event to go to that you love and why? My favorite thing to do is to go downtown Duluth Nacho Daddy. The house margarita is the best.
