They were very good at communicating throughout the process on the transaction and their staff was beyond stable and inviting the day of closing. The office is beautiful and the Attorney took this time with my clients and make everyone else welcome and important. Would love to use Ganek again in the future.
It was a good experience working with Ganek, the closing attorney for my clint. Diane Pesanks, who was the contact person for the closing update me as well as all the parties involved in the closing. Steve Golden, Principal and Managing Attorney, was very nice with my clints and they were very impressed with his interactions during the closing. The Ganek team worked with another closing attorney to make sure funds for a home purchase were wired from another closing in a timely manner. It was seamless.
A water issue was found during the walkthrough. Steve Golden was available via text the evening prior to closing, as well as, the day of. He offered to help with options for a resolution to present to the buyers or move the closing to later in the day. Ultimately, we were able to fix the issue (with the help from the coop agent) to everyone's satisfaction, which resulted in a smooth closing the day it was scheduled. His availability, flexibility, and calm helped me and the clients immensely.
