About the Marketing Coordinator (Brand) Role:

The Marketing Coordinator (Brand) role will be responsible for Corporate Branding Execution  (50%), Event Marketing Assistance (25%) and Marketing Administration (25%) under the direction of the firm’s Managing Partners. Currently, this role is an in-office position, so candidates should feel comfortable working outside of the home.

Who You Are:

The Marketing Coordinator (Brand) position is responsible for defining and executing Ganek’s corporate brand creative strategy. This person shapes the overall content & marketing decisions and develops core positioning and messaging that inspires exceptional and effective creative work. This person is naturally creative, truly hands-on, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You are a natural project manager with experience working with an agency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Creative Agency to develop beautiful, engaging campaigns that are optimized for customer engagement and aligned with brand & communications objectives.
  • Maintain, Defend, and Evolve brand style guide for use throughout the company
  • Strategize photo and video shoots with team to build and enhance resource library
  • Maintain a constant eye on visual, conceptual references on all mediums to build the vision of the brand.
  • Conduct weekly project management meetings with Creative agency to ensure on-time delivery of materials and campaigns
  • Develop Ganek marketing materials from conception to completion that are content-rich and effective
  • Own website updates with Creative agency as part of brand consistency
  • Partner with marketing team on all corporate initiatives for use on social media and in the field for brand integrity and consistency

 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar Marketing role
  • Problem-solving, hard working and positive attitude
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
  • Ability to represent company at tradeshow and networking events alongside the marketing team
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to see projects through to the end!
  • An outgoing personality and a willingness to learn
