Associate Attorney

Maria Repokis

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Maria brings an international perspective that helps her see every real estate challenge from multiple angles, a skill that supports creative, practical solutions. She believes there’s always a way to resolve an issue; you just need to look at it with creative eyes.

She earned her law degree from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá and moved to the Atlanta area shortly after, in 2015. She continued legal study at Emory University and was awarded her Master of Law (LLM) in 2017.

Her clients appreciate her responsiveness and the fact that even in stressful moments, she stays grounded and is always ready with a smile. She never loses sight of what’s at stake for her clients, often years of effort and sacrifice behind every closing. Rather than seeing law as a battleground, she sees it as a tool to make things work smoothly, protect people’s hard-earned goals, and help them reach a positive resolution.

Spanish is her first language and she’s also fluent in legal Spanish, skills she uses to mentor clients and community members, helping them find their footing in the U.S. legal system. She’s devoted to the Hispanic community and active in National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL), Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) and Atlanta Legal Aid.

Maria credits time with her family as the source of her calm demeanor. She lives in Tucker, Georgia with her husband, two young sons and their dog. The five of them can often be found at the dog park, and the human members of the family enjoy going to movies and restaurants. As part of a dedicated Clemson football family, she rarely misses a home game during football season.

Though she misses her home country, Maria is proud to call Atlanta her home and is committed to serving her community with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.
