Ganek has been active in the practice of real estate law since 1978. Although our firm concentrates on residential and commercial purchases and sales, new construction, refinances and bulk transactions, we also have experience in REO, relocation, auctions, short sales, special projects and a variety of other real estate transactions. We have represented buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, developers, REO sellers, the FDIC, and other diverse clients. Ganek is AV-rated (“pre-eminent”) by Martindale-Hubbell, ensuring the highest level of information security for our clients.
